The final list of nominations for the upcoming 60th Australian Sprintcar Championship at the Perth Motorplex is now in with a total of 52 drivers set to compete for the honour to wear the Australia #1. Of the official nominations there are six former National 410ci Champions including current Title holder Marcus Dumesny, five-time winner Brooke Tatnell, four-time Champion Kerry Madsen, dual winner David Murcott, Robbie Farr and Jamie Veal.
The field also includes five Australian Prosprint (360ci) Champions with Robbie Farr and Jamie Veal being joined by South Australians Luke Dillon, Chad Ely and current Title holder Matt Egel.
The host State obviously has provided a majority of the nominations with 29 entries representing drivers from five States as the likes of Kerry Madsen, Steven Lines, Darren Mollenoyux and Luke Oldfield all securing local rides. South Australia and New South Wales both have 6 entries, Queensland / North Queensland has 5, while Victoria and Tasmania have 3 each.
The 2023 Australian Sprintcar Championship will be contested at the Perth Motorplex on Friday February 10 and Saturday February 11, 2023.
