Former Australian 360ci Sprintcar Allstars Champion Brenten Farrer will return to the series fulltime this season behind the wheel of his #34 Frijtek/ Porkers Transport Maxim and with the 2021 edition beginning this Saturday night at the Timmis Speedway in Mildura. Due to the forced break the event will be his first Sprintcar race since March last year. For Farrer the track holds great memories having won the series finale in 2019 and he will be hoping for something similar during the Col Beasley Memorial this weekend, a race that is one of the most prestigious on the Allstars calendar.

“To be honest the COVID break actually helped us as my business is demanding more time therefore my racing has been put on the back burner. But having said that we still had to completely rebuild the team after my Classic crash” added Brenten as he prepared for his season debut.

“With two brand new cars we are more prepared than ever. A special thanks to all my loyal sponsors that have continued to stay on board. Also, a big thanks to Pete and the team at Maxwill’s for providing the best power plants in the business”.

Brenten was also quick to thank his Family along with his hard-working crew and Crew Chief.

“I really must also thank Ray (Maloney), Erin, Mum, Dad and Mick for all their generous contributions to make us go around again” he added in an appreciative manner.

With the season just beginning, Brenten is yet to finalise a season schedule, especially due to the uncertainty of the current situation, but he hopes to squeeze in as many shows as possible.

“At this stage taking it week by week with all that’s going on in the world, but we are looking at a 10-15 race schedule”.
