Over the winter months the Committee of Sprintcars SA have been working extremely hard to plan the upcoming season and after a series of discussions the club is proud to announce that Scotcher Race Fuels and Oils have agreed to be the naming rights sponsor for a statewide 360 Sprintcar series. The series will be contested over 8 rounds at 4 venues across the state and it will be known as the "Scotcher Race Fuels and Oils Sprintcar Series".

The Club has announced that the series will include substantial prize money per round with a season point fund to be awarded to the drivers at the season ending presentation dinner. Details on the prize money and point fund will be released shortly once all of the sponsorship packages have finalised. Currently the committee is in discussions with a number of potential associate sponsors.

The aim of the “Scotcher Race Fuels and Oils Sprintcar Series” is to help build a strong domestic 360ci Sprintcar class in South Australia therefore all participating drivers from across the country will be eligible for the end of season prize pool and any prizes on offer without a signed series contract.

The Series will kick off on October 10 with the running of the 2015 South Australian 360ci Sprintcar Championship at the Westline Speedway at Whyalla before round 2 will be held at the same venue on November 14. November 21 will see the series move to the Murray Bridge Speedway with a co-sanctioned race with the All-stars.

After a short break the series will return early in the New Year with round 4 at the Riverland Speedway at Renmark on January 2. The following two rounds will be conducted at the Murray Bridge Speedway (January 16 and March 19), with the March event being run in conjunction with the Ross Wright Memorial.

The final two rounds of the series will be held at the tight Sunline Speedway at Waikerie. Round 7 will be staged on April 23 with the Grand Final to be run on May 14, 2016.
