AFTER four rounds of competition the points could not be closer at the top of the leader board in the 2014-15 AHG Sprintcar Series.

Thanks to his win in the 33rd Annual Scardifields Smash Repairs King of Wings at the Perth Motorplex on Saturday night Cameron Gessner has shot to the top of the table on 556 points.

He is level with Shaun Bradford and Jamie Maiolo, also on 556.

Ryan Farrell, who won two of the four rounds but was a DNF in Saturday night’s 40-lap showdown, has dropped to 550 while Jason Kendrick holds down fifth spot on 532 from this week’s runner up David Priolo on 528
