QLD WIN FOR FARR NOW FOR SYDNEY RETURN
Author : East Coast Pipeline Racing

Following a successful appearance last Saturday night at Supercheap Auto Archerfield Speedway in which he convincingly won the main event Robbie Farr returns to Sydney Speedway this weekend in search of his first feature race success there this season.

Farr dominated the 30-lap main event at Archerfield after starting on the second row of the grid.

The Hi-Tec Oils #7 Maxim was right on the money as Farr scorched to his third feature race victory for the season so far.

“We qualified 2nd fastest, came from the fourth row in both our heats and finished second and third respectively,” he recalls, “the random marble draw in the dash saw us start from fourth and finish third. That set us up for a second row start in the main event.”

Farr quickly moved to the lead where he remained until the chequers.

“It was great to get a good win in Brisbane and now we can focus on hopefully backing that up in Sydney on Saturday.”

The Hi-Tec Oils #7 Maxim will front for duty tomorrow night in the third round of the Sydney Sprintcar Premiership seeking the ECP Racing’s first podium there for the season.

“It’s my favourite track, we’ve got a fast racecar, we just need to put it all together.”

Following this Saturday night’s Sydney visit the ECP Racing team head to the following locations in the next week’s ahead:

Nov 1 – Sprintcar Masters – Speedway City, Adelaide SA
Nov 8 – Avalon Raceway $10,000 Jackpot, Avalon VIC
