Toby back on track this Saturday

Toby Bellbowen returns to competition this weekend, October 25 at Sydney’s Valvoline Raceway. Currently sitting equal fourth in the Track Championship, he is hoping continue the good form going into the third round of the track championship.

“I'm very much looking forward to another shot this Saturday night,” Toby said.

“We have every reason to be able to perform well. We are hoping to be able to tap into some good form this weekend.

“I just want us to put a whole night together. We have shown we are strong for time-trials and we have a fast car we can race with but as the track changes we need to work better together so I can feel 100% comfortable in the car. I have every belief that, along with my great bunch of guys and supportive sponsors, we can do just that. It's up to me to make sure we are there at the end of 30 green flag laps at the end of the night, so it's full attack.”

Toby also spoke about the looming international season in which some top line Americans will be in Sydney battling with the Australians.

“I love racing the toughest racers in the world. Any sort of hype for an event makes me work harder, and just knowing there is more competition on the way is enough to get me going. They don't muck around come race time, and I can assure everyone that we will be just as ready come the international season.”

Another strong field has nominated for the event this Saturday so make sure you get out to Valvoline Raceway to cheer on Toby. You can also connect with him on Facebook at facebook.com/tobybellbowen70 where updates are provided through the night.

At the completion of this meeting, Toby will be competing at the following meetings in November.

November 8 – Valvoline Raceway - Sid Hopping Shootout - Track Championship round 4
November 22 – Valvoline Raceway – Sprintcar Track Championship round 5.

An announcement will be made if Toby competes at any additional race meetings interstate.
