We envisage that the successful applicant will most likely come from within the Speedway racing family, however others that can demonstrate suitable skills will be considered.

We are seeking someone that has a passion and knowledge of Speedway racing as well as the desire to join the Speedway City Team.

The following skills are desired:
* Operator skills for Grader, water truck, tractor and other machinery.
* Mechanical skills for equipment repair maintenance.
* A logical and methodical approach for track preparation.
* A positive and friendly demeanour along with integrity and honesty.

Training and mentoring will be provided to help build the appropriate skill levels with the unique facets of Speedway Track preparation.

This is a great and rare opportunity to work during the racing season in the Speedway sport you love.

These roles are generally tightly held for many years by those that get the chance.

You'll learn so much and develop your skills to levels never thought possible.
