Cracker Field for next round of USC QLD

Another amazing field of 37 Sprintcars will contest round 2 of the Queensland Speedway Spares Ultimate Sprintcar Championship at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway this Saturday night.
Series leader Lockie McHugh was unbeatable a fortnight ago and heads into this weekends $5,000 to win event as one of the favourites. He will be joined by the likes of Luke Oldfield (currently 3rd in the series), along with Queensland Champion Ryan Newton, Brent Kratzmann, Dylan Menz, Taylor Prosser and local duo Tarhlea Apelt and Nic Whell. Also among the healthy list of nominations is eleven drivers from New South Wales including Michael Stewart who battled with McHugh during the feature race at round one along with the likes Mick Saller, Jessie Attard, Lachlan Caunt, Brendan Scorgie, Daniel Sayre, Alex Orr, Jackson Delamont, Kyle Mock, Kobi Wright and Lismore Promoter Mick Sauer (who hosts a Sprintcar event the following weekend - 18 November).

There’s early racing from 4pm, but Sprintcars first hit the track for engine heat just after 6pm. The Sprintcars Main Event is scheduled for approx 9:30pm.
