Quick Time – 2 Starts 4 2 Podiums

After just two outings with the all new Quick Time Chassis Queensland’s Allan Woods and his team have plenty to cheer about in regards to the newly created chassis. Last Saturday night Allan notched up the chassis’ first feature race victory proving to be the dominant force all night at the racy Mackay Speedway.

After recording a second and two firsts from his three heat races Allan earned the pole position for the 20 lap feature event and from the front he managed to lead for the entire journey to take the QT ('Quick Time') chassis to victory lane, following Allan to the flag was Lawrence Quagliata and rounding out the podium was Aidan Gee.

Allan later said 'the technology built into the chassis allowed us to be fast all night with minimal changes required on changing track conditions, I really must thank Paul for the great work he is doing as crew chief and co creator of the Quick Time Chassis, also a big thank you to my team and sponsors whom I would not be able to do this without.'
All through the night the team and car received lots of attention in the pit area as many other teams were keen to checkout the chassis design and try to workout how it differed from the other chassis on the market.

August will see the team return to Cairns for two outings on the 15th and 28th before returning back to Mackay in September for the Rock 'n' Road Bitumen Sprintcar Spectacular $10,000 to win, two night extravaganza (11th and 12th)
